Utuafare OaOa means “The Family House of Happiness” in Tahitian! Located 40 minutes from Tahiti by ferry, Moorea is an island paradise offering island tranquility, a variety of activities and exceptional panoramic views between mountains and lagoons. The Afareaitu district, where the house is located, is just 3 km from the ferry dock and 1.5 km from the Champion supermarket,... It's the ideal place to organize a practical vacation, to get together for a traditional “Tamaraa” with family or friends, as we say here. This recently renovated local house offers everything you need to accommodate up to 10 people. It has four bedrooms: an air-conditioned double room, an air-conditioned family room for 4 people, and two double rooms equipped with fans, guaranteeing peaceful nights for all.

Inside, you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious local meals to delight your guests. The cosy lounge, with its two sofas and TV, is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Internet access is free and unlimited.
The house's bathroom is independent, equipped with a toilet, shower, washbasin and storage cupboard.

Outside, a second bathroom is available with two separate WCs, a shower and a washbasin, perfect for large family gatherings. In the garden, you'll also find a barbecue (charcoal not supplied) for your barbecue evenings.
There are two terraces: one for small gatherings of friends and family, and a larger main terrace for aperitifs, meals and unforgettable get-togethers.

Just a few meters from the house, a small natural white-sand beach awaits you, where you can take full advantage of Moorea's lagoon. Come and enjoy a unique experience at Utuafare OaOa, where tradition and comfort meet for a memorable stay.

Up to 3 vehicles can be parked inside the property.

Don't forget: sunglasses, monoi, pareos, drinks and ma'a, children's games, and if you're a budding musician, bring your guitar or ukulele.

Please note that boomboxes and other loudspeakers are not permitted on the property.
